The Eastwood Community Associations Central Park Pavilion is available for rent to all residents of Eastwood. There is a $150 refundable security deposit and a hourly charge of $35 per hour.There is no more then 1 reservation per Pavilion at any given time.Each reservation is limited to 15 people. The maximum rental time is 3 hours. Deposits and hourly rate must be paid at least 48 hours prior to the start of the reservation or the reservation will be subject to cancellation.
